Offshore-materials

Heidelberg Materials Tilslag Norge has many years of experience delivering offshore-materials. Since 1980 we have supplied all oil and gas fields in the North Sea, as well as deliveries to other waters.

Offshore-materials are up to 200 mm in size. We supply this material mainly from our plant at Dirdal. 

We can deliver large volumes in consitant quality and fraction, and have a high capacity for loading vessels up to 25.000 tdw.

Offshore-material is used for bedding and covering pipelines, and to prepare ground for other installations.

Special vessels are used for the placement of the material. These vessels use flexible pipes to place the material with high precision at large depths.
